Saal offers completely overhauled Minilabs from Agfa, Fuji and Noritsu and the brand new d-labs from AgfaPhoto, being produced by the Minilab Factory GmbH, a division of Saal GmbH, in Peiting, Upper Bavaria. Saal has widened it's technical service in Germany and attends more spare parts for AgfaPhoto Minilabs to be ordered directly from Saal.

"We make sure, that all current and future users of AgfaPhoto d-labs will furthermore get the full service and the necessary spare parts", emphasises Reinhard Saal, who leads the Saal-group together with his son Robin.

The Saal companies dispose of a huge fundus of spare parts not only because of their own production, but because Saal bought forty semitrailer trucks spare parts from the Japanese supplier copal after the insolvency of the AgfaPhoto GmbH. In order to maintain supplies Saal reactivated business relations to former AgfaPhoto suppliers from Japan, Germany and Switzerland.

"Our pipeline is well-stocked", says Saal. "We still had a relevant business with spare parts for AgfaPhoto Minilabs. If press releases, that an intermediary is going to withdraw from this business, will turn out to be correct, the sales channel might change in some cases, but an adequate supply of spare parts is ensured."

Saal reacts to press releases according to those the company a&o imaging solutions will retire from the business of spare parts for AgfaPhoto minilabs. After the insolvency of the AgfaPhoto GmbH a&o bought among other things the German spare part inventory and operated as an intermediary for those spare parts.

The Minilab Factory GmbH has always been active in the technical service. In Germany there's a hot-line for technical support, but first of all a team of qualified technicians. This team has been enforced by Saal now. The service abroad is part of the local distribution partners. "We work closley together. We take care, that our high quality standards are maintained there", Saal is finally declaring.
